At STRNGHLD INC., every item is produced and packaged with care. Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory releases, all sales are considered final.

Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement item or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

STRNGHLD INC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
